解決方案：
安裝與設定完成無線加密電流裝置 2 台 PVD 共 30顆。
透過廠內Wifi ，將電流資訊加密並傳送至機房電腦中。
將電流資訊轉譯成SECS格式傳送給廠內EDC 系統。
導入FDC，整合生產資訊。

在辦公室即可得知即時與歷史設備能耗情況，包含設備稼動與待機時所有能耗波動。
面板業設備節能監控系統-第二階段(準備中)
將能耗資訊與設備製造資訊整合，可依據製程、產品、配方..等等不同層別進行比較分析，了解差異並進行應用。
