智動化線束組裝點膠系統(機器手臂點膠)
線束工藝中的人工點膠環節難以掌控品質， 機器手臂結合自動點膠機可精準控制注膠量，且兼顧效率與速度。 本系統透過「機器視覺辨識」出應點膠之位置，帶動已整合點膠機的機械手臂移動至定位，由系統通知點膠機進行點膠，完成後機械手臂移動至下個點膠位置，如此循環操作，直至整盤線束完成組裝點膠。 結合企業雲端及MES系統，可持續蒐集操作參數，進行巨量資料分析！未來，可擴增搭配ISO 14064稽核套件，協助客戶有效掌握碳排數據！
